Hi! We’re Deidre and Natalie and this is our incredible team! People say you should never mix friendship and business, but we like to defy the odds around here. When two passionate hair and makeup artists become best friends and dream about working together every weekend, the obvious next step is to start a business. Was this a quick and easy process? Of course not, but nothing good ever comes easy! In 2019 (after ignoring the nudge for far too long) we finally took a leap of faith and went all in as business owners. When we quit our jobs and started The Agency of Beauty, we had the hope of working one wedding per weekend in order to survive. Five years, 25 artists and 300 weddings per year later, we are overwhelmed, grateful and so incredibly blessed with where this journey has taken us!

So what makes The Agency of Beauty different?

Ask any of our past clients and they’ll tell you- we’re about to be your new best friends! Our main goal (besides making you look like your most beautiful self) is to ensure you truly enjoy our time together, as if you’re hanging out with one of your BFFs. From the moment you inquire about your date to the day of your event, you’ll be communicating with Deidre and Natalie, not some random person in a corporate office. And trust us, we take care of everything! From choosing the right artist for you to communicating with your planner to creating a timeline for the day, we have systems in place to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible.
