What is required to confirm my booking?

Once we have all the details needed (timing, location, final count of services) we will send you a contract to sign, as well as an invoice to pay the $570 deposit, which goes toward your total amount due.

Will Natalie or Deidre be my artist, or will it be someone else from your team?

If Natalie and Deidre are both unavailable, we will book you with one of the other incredibly talented lead artists on our team! All of our lead artists have portfolios we can share with you if you’d like to see their work ahead of time. Each artist on our team has been hand-picked by Natalie and Deidre based on their experience, skill and passion.

What fees are not included in the cost of the services?

-We do not include gratuity in the cost of the services. This can be given directly to your artist(s) the day of the event.

-We do have an early arrival fee for start times earlier than 7:30am.

-If you are getting ready somewhere that requires paid parking for the artists, you will be responsible for that. For downtown hotels we valet and charge to the room.

-If you do not meet our minimum of 5 services per artist you will be given the option to add on services or pay a fee to meet the minimum. (Friday-Sunday only)

-Travel fees are added on to any location over 30 miles from Nashville, TN. This is based on mileage, driving distance and number of artists. We are happy to provide you with a quote on this once you let us know the address to your getting ready location.

-We have a $50 admin fee that is added onto every contract which includes: unlimited email correspondence, unlimited contract adjustments (up to 60 days prior to the event), scheduled phone calls if necessary, and a detailed wedding day hair and makeup timeline.

When and where does the preview appointment typically take place?

We schedule the preview anywhere from 4-8 weeks ahead of time. This will take place at our studio, located at: 4809 Trousdale Dr. in Nashville. If you are an out of town bride and only have certain dates you’ll be here before the wedding, let us know ahead of time so we can schedule you with an artist we know will be free to do your preview during those times! Please keep in mind we are booked with weddings Friday-Sunday and do not schedule previews on those days.
